About Me
I am a 45 year old woman living with bi-polar disorder for many years. I am married and have 4 daughters. I am from Ontario but currently living in Arizona. I am one of the lucky ones that found a spouse that doesn't just tolerate my disorder but truly strives to understand it. Life is certainly not easy but it can be managable most of the time. You're an inspiration Lisa. I wrote "Type 2" and built this site for all of us in the "Bipolar family". If you are Bipolar or care about someone that is, this is your site, please tell your stories, educate and inspire others as Lisa has for a better tomorrow. Keep fighting the good fight.

Hi Lisa, Welcome and thanks for joining. That understanding is key....you are very blessed with your husband. And I love the way you say your are 'living with bipolar'...that's another important message.
